Management Consultant / Business Analyst - Collateral Initiatives

The Collingwood Group, a Situs company, seeks an experienced (2-5 yrs.) management consultant who is intellectually curious and excited about working among accomplished leaders in the housing finance industry to assist us with a year-long project at our client, a leading investor in the residential and commercial mortgage industries.

In this project, you will work hand-in-hand with subject matter experts on the loan originations product management and will support activities involving  loan valuation and other collateral business and strategy initiatives You will help bring ideas to life by  supporting  research and  synthesizing ideas into meaningful presentations and other analytical work product.


Your Impact

Your work will help drive directives around collateral and related data captured on residential mortgage loans originated throughout the United States, and how that data is accumulated, stored and analyzed to gain meaningful insights that drive risk management and profits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors required
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience at a well-known consulting firm and/or experience within a leading financial services firm, preferably driving projects that touch on housing finance or similar
