Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.



  • Maintain expenses for office
  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and coordinating the interview process
  • Employee orientation and development
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Employee relations and services
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Generate client billing
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate travel and expenses
  • Administer security of office
  • Oversee facility management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies
  • Orders and maintains office supplies
  • Company employee and community communication
  • Works independently on projects and also collaborates ‘face to face’ as a team player.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Preferred Work experience requirements:

·         Two years’ experience in business office environment

·         Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Access skills

·         Demonstrated ability to identify and contribute to continuous process improvement

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills




  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Write effective correspondences
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small groups situations to candidates, clients, and employees of the organization
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations



Essential Computer Skills Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of the following is required:

  • MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Access, Power Point and Word.



Required Education from an accredited institution:

  • Associates’ degree;  
  • Bachelor degree a plus

Preferred Field of Study: 

·         Business

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: 

·         Valid unencumbered driver’s license

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift objects weighing approximately 35 lbs in your hands and/or arms.
